Your water subscription

You own a property or have you just purchased one? If so, here you'll find everything you need to know to manage your account simply and efficiently.

STEPS TO FOLLOW

Your online account allows you to manage your contracts, pay your bills, follow your consumption and consult your documents 24/7.

1. To get started

To create my account, I make sure I have all the information below:

  • my e-mail address
  • my phone number
  • my last invoice, on which I also find my customer reference.

2. I go to the " Créer mon compte en ligne" section

3. I put my customer reference

You will find it at the top of my invoice in the form 98-0000000000.

4. I confirm my information

You just need to validate one of the information given (e-mail, mobile number or landline number) to continue your registration.

  • If your data have changed, please make sure that you provide the same information as the ones you have already filled in. You will be able to modify them directly online.
  • If we don't have any information about your contact details, you will simply have to communicate your 4-digit identifier number from your invoice.
  • If you have a problem updating your file, you can contact your Customer Service.

Do you want to subscribe to a water contract for your home?

Please provide your:

  • Water meter number

The number engraved on your meter.

  • Subscription date

The start date of your lease or the date you moved in.

  • Index reading and picture of your water meter

The 5 black digits numbers displayed on your meter on the date you moved in.

  • Bank account statement*

Your bank account must be French, if not you can apply by using a classic form.

*If you wish to use a bank account domiciled outside France or in Monaco, please contact customer service.

  • Monthly debit (monthly payment) *
  • Automatic debit with each invoice*
  • E-Tip payment*

You wish to cancel your water subscription?

Please provide your:

  • Customer reference: The 12 digits beginning with 98- displayed at the top of your bills.
  • Termination date: The date on which your lease or the date you left your home.
  • Index reading of your water meter: The 5 black digits displayed on your meter on the termination date.
  • Photo of your water meter: The picture of your meter reading on the date of termination.

To cancel online, you have two options:

  • To cancel with your customer reference, click here.

We offer a free translation service with "Acceo langue" in the customer’s agency closest to your town.

This is a zoom interpretation service in foreign languages (more than 100 foreign languages) for our non-French speaking customers.

 2 solutions are proposed to you:

  • You present yourself at the reception desk with the Acceo general public application available on your mobile or tablet.
  • The customer agency is equipped with the Acceo pro application including a service for the Deaf & Hard of hearing and an AcceoLanguages service, both dedicated to the reception on site.

If you wish to come to the agency, on the customer service page, enter your city to access the address of the nearest agency.

The service is available Monday to Friday: from 9 am to 12:30 pm and from 1:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

Résilier mon contrat

Il vous suffit d'en faire la demande en ligne. Veillez à être précis sur la date de départ de votre habitation. Si vous êtes locataire, il est préférable de faire vos démarches à la date de fin de votre bail. Si vous êtes propriétaire, à la date de signature de la vente.
